Gold Boom Towns In Gold Country: Stories of Ghosts in the Prospectors' Local Hotels

I have never given much credence to ghost stories. For the most part, I consider myself one to follow logic and science in dealing with with what I may not understand. However, I must admit, that with this particular website, and all of the haunted hotel stories in gold country, one starts to think again. Can all of these people be crazy? Perhaps they are all deluded, but you have to admit, there is room for a bit of reasoned questioning.
If anything, these little stories of the oddities in gold country hotels will provide a momentary aside in interest and also give some the willies. I stumbled across this website and share it in the interest of a distraction from the worldly stuff we see today on the news.  Lord knows, we need a distraction.

To all of you prospectors for the shiny stuff, good luck - and remember, summer is here, so if you are in timber rattlesnake country or in the desert southwest and sidewinders and diamondbacks are your thing, wear your snake guards.
